Independence from external service providers gained through the use of Lobster_Data
We use the solution to electronically connect with customers and business partners, for example via EDIFACT. Previously, we relied on external service providers, with each new connection representing a medium-sized project. Change requests were particularly cost and time-intensive. Meanwhile, Lobster_Data has made us flexible in this regard, allowing us to continuously expand our connections independently. The intuitive low-code operation of Lobster_Data significantly supports us in this. If we ever get stuck, Lobster support has always been able to help us competently.
