Independence from external service providers gained through the use of Lobster_Data
We use the solution to electronically network with customers and business partners, for example via EDIFACT. Previously, we relied on external service providers for this, with each new connection representing a medium-sized project. Change requests were particularly cost and time-intensive.
In the meantime, we have become flexible in this regard thanks to Lobster_Data and can continuously expand our connections on our own. The intuitive low-code operation of Lobster_Data significantly supports us in this. If we ever get stuck, the Lobster support has always been able to help us competently so far.
