We've been using LiveImpact for at least eight years, and we love how the program keeps us organized with our donor base. Customer service is very responsive and has helped us develop robust systems facilitating our work. The canned reports help us plan how to contact donors that give at multiple levels, ultimately keeping us 'top of mind' before end-of-year appeals.
