We first connect with Little Data to unmask data and in Google Analytics and it definitely helped us but then when we moved to GA4, the team has just been amazing. GA4 presents a huge learning curve and the team has been extremely hands on with us, helping create reports to help us see what is going on in our store and they have been able to trouble shoot other issues that were giving us false information and fix it. I think for this purpose, this platform has definitely helped and Cornelia especially is always willing to find ways to help and support whenever we need it.
