I really like how LitCommerce acts as a safety net for my shop by allowing me to manage my inventory between my website and Etsy sales. It helps me sync my orders so I don't stress about adjusting quantities on different sites, which is great because I don't have to worry about someone overpurchasing a yarn or crafting supply. It allows me to manage multiple storefronts as if they were one, reducing stress about overselling and freeing up office time, which could otherwise hinder my business growth. I appreciate that it lets me dream of a day so successful that I'd need to hire an assistant, whose job won't include updating the quantities of goods sold.

I like that LitCommerce allows for E Commerce Multi Channel listings, making it possible to cross list and keep inventory correct across multiple platforms. It works, simple as that, and does everything it should without any dramas. Despite a minor setup issue that was sorted quickly, everything else was very easy. It's doing everything I need at the moment.

I appreciate that LitCommerce saves me a lot of time and helps keep my listings consistent when integrating my Shopify with Etsy. If I have a question or issue, there's a human to assist me, and they are great at follow-up, which is impressive. The automation is great, and the AI is a large benefit, but it's wonderful to have easy access to people that care when needed. It's also extremely unusual these days.
