Liongard is excellent at Providing deep data on the devices that it can see, and tracking the changes you want / need to know about. It can cover a huge range of devices, and is highly customizable, so if the data you want is not available by default, you can probably get it in another way. The integration with our Ticketing system has been straightforward and painless. The support team is excellent and response times are always fast. The front line support is not afraid to let you know when something is beyond what they are working on and escalate to an appropriate level to get results as fast as possible.
