Keeping the house safe
In the support space we so often experience standards drift with the service desk team trying to resolve the end user issues and needing to sometime deviate away from our policy or standard. Liongard has allowed us to call it out so easily with our company standards and policies constantly being monitored. Any chance or deviation from our standards result in us getting an alert and a ticket in our PSA for the managers to see. Keeps everyone accountable.

So much more it can do!
We've been able to put in inspectors for all of our software and begin gathering information we might normally have to work very hard to locate when needed.
