Lightyear saves us so much time. The volume of invoices we process daily can be quite large and the time that took to process individually in Xero was turning into a full time job. We had tried a similar app before but found it wasn't saving much time and we still required to input a lot of data. A huge benefit is not only do invoices need little handling from the team now but also anyone can pick these up, it's so easy to see what stage an invoice is at and it can be moved along by any of the team. The approval process is great, saves us lots of time chasing staff and I've had very good feedback from managers of how much easier they find approving invoices on LY compared to emails. I can also see Lightyear has so much more to offer than how we are currently using it and will definitely be looking into what more we can do. Lastly, the support from the Lightyear team has been exceptional and made the whole process so much easier. They’re continuingly looking for ways to help us and make everything smoother.
