I like Licenseware because it makes it easy to get all of our devices from multiple sources in one place. It's great to see more data like applications, usage, and virtualization. I appreciate the way it helps us solve the problem of using three or more sources to get data by only needing one. The Licenseware Neo AI assistant is really helpful in analyzing data and providing optimization possibilities. The software is easy to use, deploy, and manage, with a great UI interface. I also love that it's a SaaS solution with a very small, lightweight agent. The initial setup was very easy, just needing to register, download the agent, and start the deployment.

They are very happy to work with us (ITAM Accelerate) to provide a really high quality product - we never felt we were asked to cut corners to bring something to market quicker or to make the product easier to code. I feel really proud of what we've been able to produce together.

They get the ITAM use-cases put before them. I don't have to explain myself numerous times like I might with non-ITAM coders.
