The learner engagement is outstanding. The gamified elements—like leaderboards, boosters, and progress tracking—make training feel less like a task and more like a challenge our team actually enjoys. The platform is intuitive, the content is easy to build and update, and the response from learners has been overwhelmingly positive. We’ve even had people request more training, which is something we’ve never experienced before.

Lemonade allows us to build out excellent, customizable, dependable training paths for our team members that prepare them for their job and the inevitable changes that happen periodically due to competition, regulatory changes, etc. While we can take advantage of the premade content Lemonade already has available, we can create trainings specific to our processes and make them easily available to team members in a way that we could not previously. We have undertaken several ambitious projects as a company in the last two years and were able to get our team educated and excited about these changes because of the dynamic, customizable capabilities provided by Lemonade.
