I find Legion WFM easy to use for our managers, which is a big plus. It’s been a great benefit for our store employees with the app, as it makes it very easy for them to submit time-off requests, availability, and visualize their schedules. Using their traffic forecasts helps us maintain adequate staffing levels.

I like how the schedule optimizer in Legion WFM can significantly reduce the time spent writing schedules, allowing the GM to post a schedule in minutes. This feature can save hours weekly, giving GMs more time to spend with employees or guests on the floor. The real-time attendance provides valuable labor insights that can be actioned in real-time, helping us understand what is happening at the moment to better respond to business needs. Additionally, the demand forecast greatly improved the accuracy of our forecasts compared to before using Legion WFM, which enables us to plan more accurately with labor scheduling and be better prepared to deliver great guest experiences.
