A simplified UI for the not so tech savvy end user.

As a newer user and Administrator of Legion, I have been incredibly impressed by how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is. Often, enterprise-grade WFM systems have a steep learning curve, but I was able to get a firm handle on the administrative configurations relatively quickly. A standout feature is the automated timecard approval workflow. The ability to set granular filters is a game-changer; it allows the system to handle the "business as usual" approvals automatically while still flagging specific exceptions that require a manager’s manual intervention.

I like the user-friendly mobile app for frontline workers. It really engages employees in the scheduling process by enabling availability updates and allowing them to claim or offer shifts. The forecasting and labor optimization functionality stands out as a key differentiator, helping us to optimize our labor investment across retail stores efficiently. I also found the initial setup to be relatively easy, as we went from discovery to rollout in six months for scheduling.
