I appreciate how Leasecake gives us a solid system that provides comfort and ensures we treat our leases with the appropriate rigor they deserve. Our organization has grown very quickly, doubling the number of locations in the last eighteen months, and Leasecake has effectively supported this growth. It organizes the 65 leases we have, allowing us to report on critical information like square footage, rent, and renewal dates. I also like that it keeps us organized to understand and proactively plan for renewal dates and annual budget increases. The setup was very easy, and we had it up and running in a few weeks. Now, we use it on a frequent basis.

User-Friendly Platform with Setup Challenges
I like the user-friendly interface and that I can access it from an app on my phone. It's great to have all of the info in one place. The GUI is easy on the eyes and intuitive to use. I also use it to print out contact info sheets for other departments, which is really handy. Leasecake helps us store and research files and location information efficiently. Saving time saves us money.
