I use Floor Plan Mapper to show employee locations across multiple locations. It was not hard to set up and users have given positive feedback on its look and ease of use. I find the customer service great because anytime I've had questions or issues, support has answered and resolved them in a timely manner. I would highly recommend it. What I like most is the easy integration with Active Directory, which using a Power Automate flow allowed for Floor Plan Mapper to populate an extensionattribute in the users' Active Directory profile. This extensionattribute directly correlates to a location on the floor plan map.

I find Floor Plan Mapper extremely useful for showcasing our corporate office floor plan, complete with team member location, job info, and photos, alongside printer and conference room space. It's really helpful for new team members to quickly find other team members' locations and contact info. I like how easy it is to update as an admin and navigate as an end user. The search function is great because it's easy to use with any value we have, and the map feature zooms to the selected space, enlarging the pin to highlight the exact spot. I also like how the initial setup was super simple, uploading our floor plan diagrams and adding objects was straightforward and fast.

FPM is affordable and provides what our company of 400+ employees needs. Since taking on FPM, our employee directory has been streamlined allowing every employee in the company to access what they need in the snap of a finger. It also allows for easy updating, where previously, we would go 6months to a year without revisions. We use FPM daily now, ensuring maps are updated, employees are added and removed, and all information is accurate.
