the best thing about them is their customer service they keep it personal to you and not only to answer you like a robot. when I even asked the guy what is the time and where you are so I could wish him a good day/night accordingly he answered me like a friend and that was the best part about it even if I didn't get my problem solved and I end up leaving it I still would tell the story to all my friends about it. it's so beautiful to me not talk to a robot customer service and talk to a friendly human being also he took all the time for me to find the problem that was on me and did not affected their product. and didn't rush to finish up the call which would make me be stressful and even lose it more than I already had. to sum it up: the best customer service in all my life was this and I encountered a looot of them.

The form has just about any validation rules you may need and it is very easy to install and implement. It also has minimal styling which is awesome for developers! Spam protection is also extremely solid! Customer service / technical support is the very best I have experienced. I reached out a few times during my free trial to inquire about a few features and the co-founder Miguel was always prompt to respond (less than 10 mins) and very helpful and thorough. I even asked for a small feature to be implemented and Miguel made it happen in less than a week! When I needed to troubleshoot one mistake on my part before going live, Miguel was able to pinpoint and fix the problem right away. I can tell he is very passionate about his company and he wants to make sure all his customers are happy. He can definitely add me to that list!
