Rendezvous Event Management Software Implementation

Rendezvous is an event management and room reservation software. My company recently implemented Rendezvous for over 100 conference rooms in two separate conference centers. Each of these centers had their own rules: one allowed users to reserve rooms directly while the other had a combination of these and rooms that had to be booked by an admin through a request. We also implemented catering for one of the centers. Rendezvous was able to support these various requirements. I have been impressed with its ease of use and depth of functionality. Due to the multiple conference centers, we also had multiple SME's that were engaged for requirements. Some of these SME's were more engaged than others and the Rendezvous implementation team was extremely patient with us. They were very professional and knowledgeable of the product and were able to lead us through all implementation stages.
