Approval process with internal and clinet message box

I was looking for a platform where I could manage all of our social media accounts (we have 11 accounts), and Kontentino was recommended to me through our marketing agency. I’m really glad I gave it a try. Connecting all of the accounts is straightforward, and I especially like how visual the calendar is because it lets me see, at a glance, what’s coming up. At first, I felt the posting experience was a bit limited. However, after trying the beta version of the updated posting flow, I was genuinely pleased with the improvements. They addressed everything I felt was missing before. I also appreciate the internal and external approval options, since our creative director needs to approve all of our content. He can easily leave a note, and everyone can clearly see when a post is approved and ready to be published. Overall, the interface feels intuitive and easy to navigate.
