Streamlined Social Listening with Robust Insights
I use Konnect Insights for social listening analytics and monitoring. I really appreciate how complaints and escalations from social media platforms are handled seamlessly, and the visualizations and dashboards are a big help since the flow of conversations is so visible there. The CSAT feature is valuable for understanding the customer experience overall, and I like that multiple social channels have been integrated recently. Also, the setup was very seamless and didn't take much time, which I found great.

I really like the dashboards in Konnect Insights, especially for getting insights on followers, trends, and impressions for each social media handle. Streamlined Social Media Management with Robust Analytics
I really appreciate how Konnect Insights allows me to see all conversations in one view, which means I don't have to do a lot of manual work. The ability to reply from one space for direct messages and comments is a huge time saver for our agents. The social analytics and dashboards are invaluable, and I find the analytics to be quite powerful for understanding customer trends and benchmarking competition. The ticketing feature is also great for managing the high volume of conversations we receive and replying on platforms like X (formerly Twitter).
