The ease of starting to record the screen and then sharing it, you can literally do it in two clicks. Also, being able to convert the recording into guides is a great success. Another thing I like is that the storage capacity is unlimited, so you can save videos in Komodo even if you haven't recorded them there. I use it a lot to quickly explain things to my clients, and recently even to record my own training sessions.
