We love Kombo because they sincerely simplify the process of connecting to ATS platforms, which generally takes months and is complicated. They handle the process themselves and often provide opportunities we wouldn't have otherwise. The simplicity of the platform is a big plus; the normalized models make interacting with each ATS similar, so there's no guesswork on what is supported or how it's mapped. Their support is fantastic as they respond very quickly every time. The well-documented API endpoints also made setup a breeze, and we had it up and running in record time, allowing us to onboard customers within a week.

The integration and implementation was easy. The app offers great observability tooling with the logs and data explorer. Custom fields and remapping also provide a lot of customizability per integration.
