Simple to use interface, integration with Google, Microsoft, and GitHub, Out of Office feature, and encourages a growth mindset with the instant feedback from evaluations. Onboarding was easy when using the Google Workspace integration. Mobile app provides an easy way to view my and my team's performance daily.

The app keeps things simple and straightforward. You are prompted to provide instant and frequent feedback to teams and the interface is so easy to navigate. As a reviewee, you can easily view comments and feedback given to you and your teammates. The web app as well provides good amount of insights with the Jira and Gmail integrations
