Knowi is an incredibly flexible web-based tool. You can join data from multiple sources (a previously developed Knowi dataset being one of them), add transformations _a piacere_, and then have the resulting dataset available as a "live" connection to data (with or without cache), refreshing at specified intervals, or "triggered". The many visualization options are quite customizable, and very importantly there's the option of developing your own via HTML/JS. I haven't dived into embedding, but I saw there are lots of options there, too, and regardless of embedding dashboards can have a public shareable link. You can also set up alerts or scheduled PDF reports via email/Slack/Teams/webhooks. And on top of everything, the tool is constantly evolving, adding features and fixes every week. Knowi has everything!

Being a non-technical user, I liked Knowi's search-based analytics feature. I was able to ask questions in English and get quick responses in the form of tables, charts, and graphs. Their customer support team also responded quickly to my support tickets. It was also easy to embed graphs and charts on our company's online portal through Knowi's embedded analytics feature.

With Knowi, I took a short period to get from raw data to insights as I didn't have to take my data through the ETL steps. I was also able to establish connections to NoSQL databases and work with unstructured data, a feature I didn't find in other BI tools. I also liked Knowi's search-based analytics feature, through which I was able to ask questions in plain English and get answers even in the form of visualizations. Knowi also allowed me to configure alerts for anomaly detection and monitoring metrics. I found it easy to embed my Knowi dashboards onto our conmpany website and even control the type of data that users can access using a secure URL. Knowi's knowledge base has many articles through which I was able to get support from.
