I find Knak's interface to be very user-friendly. Even if you're not very tech-savvy, you can still organize your emails and landing pages appropriately and move sections around easily. Additionally, the initial setup of Knak was very easy, with the team providing support throughout the process.

I use Knak for creating marketing emails, and it really empowers me to create emails independently, reducing the back and forth with the email team over minor design changes. I like having a preview link to share with others instead of cluttering my inbox with test sends. The adjustable modules stand out for me, and they're easy to use. The setup was super easy, and I think it's one of the easiest tools in our tech stack.

We previously did all reviews manually, using screenshots and redlining. Knak has streamlined this process tremendously. It's easy to leave comments and pin them to places where we want to make changes. Knak also integrates with Marketo, which we use for tokenization. I haven't noticed any performance issues; it works just as expected. It was easy to just jump in with very little in the way of training; it's very user-friendly.
