Klorra AI is an AI estimating service for custom home builders. Upload an architectural plan PDF; typically in about 4 hours you get back a complete bid you can put in front of a client. Five documents, each viewable in the app and downloadable as Excel or Word: - Quantity takeoff: 400+ measured quantities organized by trade, each cited to its plan sheet. - Cost estimate: line items across 160+ cost codes, calibrated by region. - Scope of work: organized by trade in build order, tied to the estimate line items so the two don't drift. - Conflict report: cross-discipline clashes, code issues, and items that need an architect or engineer to clarify. - Verification notes: what a second-agent QC pass flagged for you to confirm before the bid goes out. How it works: a 7-phase pipeline (Plan Intelligence, Conflict & Issue Review, Building Data Takeoff, Cost Detail Generation, QC Review, Scope of Work Generation, Delivery), every phase on the current Claude Opus model.
