They're ticketing system is fast and efficient. They always follow up on tickets that are open, even if it's just to share that they are working on it!

It's very easy to learn and navigate. Kiboo Intelligence has been particularly impressive, especially with the chart assistant and auditing features. These improvements have made documentation quicker and more efficient. The system is intuitive and straightforward, which helps reduce burnout with documentation. It's great for reporting too. Overall, Kipu EMR has been really helpful for our day-to-day interactions with clients and aids our therapists in staying more engaged without having to take notes during sessions.
