Ease of Use and Seamless Integration
What I appreciate most about Keycafe is its ease of use. The system is extremely easy to use, almost intuitive. It is what one might call 'user-friendly'. Moreover, it was really very easy to set up as soon as it was received. In just a few clicks, we were able to configure the system and activate the boxes remotely. Installing everything in our offices was also simple; it was enough to screw them to the wall and plug them into a power outlet. Nothing complicated, anyone could do it.

Secure and easy to use
The Keycafe system is simple to set up and use. After adding a key, you can assign permanent users or create temporary bookings for that key. The system also records who takes the key and the exact times it is picked up and returned. This has made handling last-minute driver changes much easier, as keys can be quickly reassigned through either the website or the app.
