I like how easy Ketch is to use. As a lawyer, I can log on and easily understand everything, follow along, check the audit log, and do everything I need to without having a lot of knowledge about the back end of a website. I also appreciate that Ketch is constantly updating and staying on top of privacy news and legislation, which helps me ensure my company is in compliance without having to do the research. Using the audit log is really helpful, especially when responding to data privacy requests from consumers. The initial setup was very seamless, and we felt very supported throughout the whole process. All of our questions were answered.
