Keepit is great for document recovery
Keepit has a great system, they have their own in house servers that store our documents, with layers of backups. In the event of losing our documents through Microsoft Onedrive, which has happened in the past, we can easily recover everything through a backup. Plus we get unlimited storage.

The fact that we have backup available of our Microsoft products in a fast and reliable format for all our users and each time we need it we can actually restore files of mailboxes needed for what ever reason.
