I like that Keepit is just easy to use. It's got good permission levels, letting me share it comfortably among my team. I particularly appreciate the secure shares feature and the fact that it backs up shared drives. This means we don't have to worry about storage in terms of how much we're backing up as long as we give the right amount of use for the licensing. Overall, I'd say it's pretty straightforward.

I like that Keepit provides an immediate solution for enabling immutable backups of our cloud data. It's very quick and easy to enable, which meant we could implement and enable our backups in less than a day. I appreciate that we don't need to worry about any storage or data transfers from Microsoft Cloud, nor do we have to maintain storage systems.

Keepit simply works - it does run on the servers of Keepit, I don't need to allocate disk space for it, and they also keep in mind that I need to stay GDPR compliant, so they host the data inside Europe when I am a European customer. It does cover what we need and the restore process is simple. Also, the data is stored in a format that I can download and work with. So, even when the target system (e.g. Dynamics or Exchange Online) is unavailable, I can still download the data and "work" with it - some data is stored as JSON, so I can write custom code to work with it. Integration with Dynamics, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for Business was very easy. The information mails about anomalities like deletion of large amounts of data are great! The subscription model did change, but the new contract partner did keep the rates, so: great!
