We have never seen outage so far with Keen.IO. They are very reliable.

It's amazing how easy it is to start streaming and querying data within minutes with Keen API and clean documentation. They also provide ready to use JavaScript data visualization library that simplifies client side of the integration. Their SDKs are up to date and I can clearly see they put developer experience first.

For us Keen is a near perfect fit for our data streaming and aggregation needs. It starts with the availability of SDKs in multiple languages, and the ability to stream unlimited events using these SDKs or the API, allowing us to capture all the user engagement data we could dream of. Furthermore we find the caching abilities of queries and datasets to be an extremely powerful tool to serve up high value data aggregates with exceptionally low latency and high stability. Support has always been incredibly attentive, quick to respond and willing to work together to maximise the benefits achievable by utilising Keen's tools. Documentation of the API and different packages is informative and clear.
