Love the UI/UX for Katana! It's easily navigable and lends itself to a straight forward learning process. The features meet our shop's needs exactly, while remaining within the standard price range for similar tools. No performance issues, except for some very minor and brief lags between processes - Though this may be because of the speed of moving through a trial instead of real time between operations that would happen in actual use. I also very much appreciate the native integration with Anthropic/Claude Artificial Intelligence. Connecting with the Claude's AI allowed me to bypass some tedious setup work, allowing me to get started even faster. The best part of my experience so far has been the support/Onboarding experience with Wajeeh. He was professional, to the point, friendly, and a skilled communicator. Huge props to him!

The visibility is the biggest win. Having live stock levels, work orders and material requirements in one place means we're not chasing spreadsheets to find out whether we can commit to a job. As a manufacturer working to order, being able to see exactly what's allocated versus what's genuinely available has cut a lot of guesswork out of production planning.

The simplicity of the stock allocation and MO grid. This makes it very clear at a glance to my team what we can and cant do. We also get very quick support response from the team in chat. The platform is quick, simple, but provides insightful data. I also really like the new claude connector. AI tools make life much more simple.
