Plain and simple, this software allows us to connect with the people who are trying to connect with us or those who we want to connect with. Things I like about this software include the omnichannel setup which lets us connect with people using phone, live chat, email, Facebook, Twitter, and a handful of other ways. Chances are if you want to connect with someone via Kapdesk in a specific way, there is an integration set up for it already. I was able to get most everything I needed set up within a matter of hours spread out over a few days. The UI is easy to learn and intuitive for just about every customer service related task I have run into while using this program.

Kapdesk is a program that allows a company to keep up with their current customers and make sure that they are being taken care of by giving them positively great customer service experiences. Creating tasks is very easy, seeing and responding to replies is a breeze, escalating when necessary is no big deal, and all of the familiar tasks associated with customer service are baked in.
