I like that Zulip is intuitive and versatile. I use the concept of channels a lot for each work group I follow, and I find the notification feature very interesting, which I use to be alerted of any MRs to review. Additionally, the initial installation on k8s was easy.

Since starting to use Zulip, I have encountered virtually no problems, and it proves to be a robust communication tool for our organization.
