What do I like best about Kadince - EVERYTHING!!! It is time saving to track all CRA activities in one platform and not in spreadsheets. Their customer support is top notch, and I have not found another vendor with the same customer support level as Kadince. I love how they are constantly evolving to become a one-stop shop for CRA, HMDA, Fair Lending, and eventually 1071. The import and update features have saved me time in getting records into Kadince and helps me manage CRA activities, since I am a one person CRA shop.

I like that Kadince is so easy and user-friendly. The initial setup was quick, making it simple to get started.

The Marketing module is easy to use and has saved my team hours each week by being able to seamlessly determine which projects have not approved. Additionally, the reporting mechanism has been an integral part of demonstrating to management where the true delays occur during the approval process.
