We switched over from Clarify because we needed something that could do more than just organize customer data. What really stood out about K3X is how much day-to-day work it takes off our plate. We used Attio before switching to K3X. Attio did a solid job organizing information, but we still ended up doing a lot of manual work to keep everything moving. If we want a new sales process or follow-up sequence, we simply tell the AI what we want to happen. We don’t have to spend hours building workflows or figuring out complicated automation tools.
