The software is very user friendly, and the customer service support representatives are friendly, helpful, and receptive to making improvements to software based on your feedback. K1X provides an online training certification, which is new this year, and other occasional training is provided periodically for no charge. In addition, tax instructions and other helpful data are provided within the software itself. I've used several tax compliance software programs throughout my career, but K1X is truly superior and more user friendly than others.
