JW has been incredible at customizing an already great product to meet our individual needs.

FHE is perfect for one-stop claim handling. No need to work in multiple programs and the system continues to work even when you are offline with the report scheduler. Such a time saver! Their customer service is top-notch & they are in touch with their individual client's needs.

I think our acocunt manager is very responsive to answering questions and resolving problems. I like that we've been able to customize the system to our unique needs. The reporting tool is very impressive, once all of the necessary fields are available on a specific report.
