Justt Makes Chargeback Management Easier
As someone who had to respond to disputes manually for a long time, what I like most is how easy Justt makes the entire process. Having one place to manage chargebacks from different payment processors is already a huge time-saver, and the fact that the system can help you build a response with little to no effort, depending on the case, makes the process significantly less time-consuming.
There are still areas where I think the software could improve, and I’ve shared some of that feedback with the team directly. But overall, the amount of time and effort it saves compared with handling disputes manually makes it really worthwhile.
