The user experience is great - very intuitive tool. The simplicity of the design makes it feel very lightweight while offering rich functionalities. There is very little operational friction in the sense that there are few clicks, no loading time, easy navigation and customization. Overall an amazing fit for a team that needs to stay agile and adapt to changing business requirements and legal landscapes. Finally, being able to develop and customize templates completely in-house gives amazing control and ownership. I recently did an integration and needed some technical support - Juro's support was very quick to respond, clearly tailored every answer to my situation and offered to standby to help me meet my internal timeline.
