SumHR is the platform where our attendance is marked day to day. In earlier days, we used to clock in and clock out manually. A few months ago, our HR department linked the Biometrics with SumHR, and every time we give our fingerprint in the biometrics, our attendance is marked automatically. Our company runs our payroll based on these attendances, and our bank account is linked with this platform. If there are any events like anniversaries or birthdays, this platform notifies all our employees in the company as a reminder to celebrate those days in case our HR forgets. This platform helps us to remember. We can check the salary slip and easily download them whenever needed. When I need work off, I can directly apply from this portal and get approval from our manager. The interface of this platform is easy to use, and I can easily access it on mobile using the desktop version.
