A must tool for CM or Business owners

Seriously, can't understand why no-one has done this before, it's a life changer tool! Looks promising, having everything in the same panel and not needing to change between tools. Being able to reply to messages, and having all messages with that person in a simple thread is a live saver. Also being able to send tasks to colleagues as you can add your team into the app so each can handle their relative tasks. This tool is going to solve a lot of issues that I have, it just needs to improve things as they are doing :)
