How quickly it works and more importantly - how accurate the AI pulls the data from tax documents including HANDWRITTEN notes. The Support team has been tremendous with any questions. Also very excited about the integration with Canopy making my life easier.

The interface is well designed, simple and intuitive. Integrations work well with a range of softwares. Particularly TaxDome which is our practice management software. Overall the performance is good in making tax returns more efficient to complete. The pricing is fair given the range of systems and services available and the team are constantly looking for feedback to refine the product. They actually listen to their customers. The AI tech is good, form uploads are accurate and information in Advisor is good especially because it lists the sources directly and you can access them easily.

I use Juno Tax for tax preparation for both individuals and businesses. I find it very efficient in understanding standardized IRS forms, which speeds up our data entry process into the tax software. The AI assistants in Juno are excellent at picking up tax problems in returns. I also enjoy using the advisor feature, which reviews the current year 1040, the prior year 1040, and all source documents to help us come up with tax planning strategies. The initial setup was very easy, and the management team is amazing. Overall, Juno Tax has been working much better for us compared to PFX Autoflow.
