The implementation was easy to achieve, we added integration with our systems and then we were up and running. The dashboard is easy to use and contains several predefined courses added by JungleMap. We have a subscription with AI functionality, to be able to create our own customized courses. We experience good support all the way from JungleMap. Our users receive tasks via email so that they regularly get new tasks to solve after first receiving information about a topic. As the tasks are completed by the users, this is updated in the dashboard, and we can create reports that are shared with the managers. The frequency at which the courses are sent out is adapted to our needs.
