Combined with Project Knowledge (where I can upload specific client data or quality guidelines), Juma allows me to execute complex workflows with a level of consistency and speed that wouldn't be possible otherwise. I must also commend the support team. The communication is professional, rapid, and genuinely helpful. They actively seek customer feedback, and it feels like a true partnership rather than just a software subscription.
