Great Support, Needs More Integrations

I like that customer support is always there to assist us, making it easier when we have trouble, especially during setup. The backend being quite easy to get around is another plus, as it helps in managing the loyalty program smoothly.

Set the program up yesterday and we've already collected 10 email addresses from people visiting the site but without purchasing. That's 100 people we might be able to convert that we wouldn't be able to trace without Joy
