They are true partners with you, rather than setting unrealistic boundaries, and/or nickel and diming you for every little thing, like many SAAS providers do in HR/TA. I have experienced with Joveo team for the business that I am currently supporting with, and they are, by far, the most efficient when it comes to providing support for any issues that we have faced. Additionally, they are also very detail-oriented and meticulous when they provide their feedback or findings for the previous cases. Despite that, it's very easy to understand and easily can be digested when they provided their findings. Even if we are having difficulties understanding the feedbacks (which rarely happens), they will carefully explain to us in Layman's term so that we could pick up easily.
