Handy strategy execution tool for remotely working teams
OKRs alignment helps me to perform tasks leading to achieving company goals as well as growth. I like the simple interface, the recognition badges, and the projects the most on JOP. We work in a remote mode mostly and these tools are necessary to set clear expectations for them.

JOP's simple flow about OKR and multiple features. I like that there is a direct way to collaborate with the other departments team members on Projects. I work in a hybrid mode and the Projects and Actions help me make progress on the shared OKRs.

View team’s progress snapshots and offer support
One big advantage is the ability to see the team’s progress throughout the quarter. I feel the team dashboards are intuitive and non-confusing and recently their OKR snapshots are insightful too. They tell you about the team’s progress rate for the quarter.
