Platform itself is very easy to use, quite some creators to choose from, and every question/issue we had was resolved promptly with customer support team.

Ease of use is tops. Appreciate how campaigns are set up to communicate brand information and intention to potential creators. The tiers of talent are nice, too. I find that there is a good variety of creators to work with. When I publish a campaign, I get ~200+ applications, which is manageable. The creator's portfolios and past work are helpful to review, in addition to reviews from the brands they've worked with. As a member, I have had questions about the best methods for success regarding Social Blasts, etc., and I booked time with a representative to ask questions.
