The organization is much better than the softwares we have used in the past. Also, the help is readily available when needed

Our account manager Spencer who has helped us migrate all of our data from Buildertrend and continues to support us and provide a key element in our success with JobTread. I have worked with many software programs and there is always a promise for support during migration (which is the hardest part of switching) but it's often a bait and switch. Not with Spencer who helped us every step of the way! The simplicity of the software is also great . Other builder software over complicate simple things and end up making it hard to work with by continuing to add more options without being good at the options available. JobTread is easy to navigate and easy to integrate work flows that everyone can navigate, even our less tech savvy guys.

I find JobTread easy to maneuver through. I also like that it's color-coded, which helps in navigation.
