A clear system that brings silent applicants to the forefront
With Jobilla AI Recruiter, we get silent applicants who do not apply for jobs through traditional channels. From my perspective, the system is clear. However, the campaign brings in enough applicants that there are also potential ones with whom to move the process forward.
