The launch of their recent app is great, customer support is very responsive and helpful. The development team continually updates and adds new features to the platform, and does a great job notifying us users of such, and they release great informative notes about each update so learning about them is seamless. The pricing is very reasonable and if you're interested, one of their team members will come out to your office to go through a demo and presentation and answer all your questions. They also spend time helping set up your business in the system, so it is tailored to your exact business needs. Transitioning our old customer database from excel to service box was seamless and the entire migration process was very simple, quick, and did not require any of my time to set it up.
