Effortless Meeting Room Management with Long Battery Life

I like Joan for meeting room calendar display and booking. It allows me to see meeting room availability right on the door, and it helps a lot with blocking out rooms during unplanned meetings. I appreciate Joan's long battery life on displays, which lasts around 8 weeks or more, and the simple magnetic display mounts. The infrequent need for battery charging and the ability to easily detach and reattach displays are really convenient for me. Also, Joan integrates well with MS 365 calendar, and the setup process was simple enough.

Effortless Office Seat Reservation with Seamless Integration

I like that Joan is a very user-friendly software and application, making it easy to use. The onboarding process was quite easy, and the integration with Azure is very smooth for both IT administrators and end users. We use some Joan devices for booking in Teams rooms. The initial setup was straightforward with everything well-documented, simplifying the floor plan setup and booking of the office seats, as well as scheduling with tablets.

Joan Works Very Well For Meeting Room or Shared Space Booking Management

I like that Joan syncs well with Office 365 so that users can book spaces very easily and other users can see when a meeting is coming up for a room. I also like that you can book the room on the fly right at the Joan when entering a room if it is not in use already, and it will show as busy in Office 365. The Joans are very easy to setup and to install. There is very little work to do to get them in production. We used these all the time pre-pandemic and although we may not book large meetings in a room as often as we used to, they are still an important part of our ofice and booking system and do get used many times per week, if not per day.
